Have you ever had an actual cacao bean? These are the UNroasted cacao beans broken up into little pieces. That’s it, nothing else added.
Did you know that cacao scores much higher on the antioxidant scale than even blueberries, green tea, goji berries, and acai berries? Yeah, that’s right, who knew these little “chocolate chips” were actually a healthy snack? Well, we did of course 🙂

A few ideas for using these great treats:
- sprinkle on ice cream or put into cookies in place of chocolate chips
