Love this lil hidden treasure, but live about an hour away and cant make the drive to frequently. So excited they now are online and I can get our goodies in the mail. They ship super fast everything comes very nicely packed and items are always exactly what I ordered

I am the owner of a small business. I hand select local small businesses to feature in my locally sourced gift crates. All businesses featured in our crates have to meet the following criteria: they must be locally owned and run, make the products that we feature, be made of primarily natural ingredients, capture the essence of Southern Oregon, and taste/feel/smell/look amazing. The Great Unbaked exceeds all of these criteria. The owner Jennifer is a dream to work with. The business is family owned and operated. Their products are the best vegan chocolates and vegan desserts I have ever tasted and they are healthy for you to boot. They make all of their own chocolates on site. They are a vital part of the community and encompass the free spirit of Southern Oregon. There is a reason as to why they are the most requested chocolate in our crates. Raw chocolate is simply that the bean (or seed) of the cacao pod has NOT been roasted. All other chocolates on the market are made with the roasted bean. Roasting is not bad, its actually a good way to bring out the flavor profiles of the bean much like roasting coffee beans from different parts of the world.
