Raw Vegan Hot Cocoa Mix

You asked and asked and now, finally, its here. This is another one we worked hard to bring you. We tried so many combinations to get this one just right. We wanted to bring you the hot cocoa you have come to love in the packets but without all the UN-healthy additives. Have you seen the list on the back of the hot cocoa boxes? corn syrup solids, hydrogenated oils, mono & dyglicerides and artificial flavors??
Not this one. We use our pure unroasted courveture, ground for days right here in our chocolate factory, raw (yes we said raw!) coconut sugar, real vanilla beans and pink Himalayan salt. Thats it, nothing else!
Here’s some ideas to flavor & spice it up: to each 8 oz cup of very warm milk of your choice (we like almond or cashew milk) add one of the following:
- 1TB The Great Unbaked Carawmel Sauce
- Peppermint: 2 drops of mint extract (we like Medicine Flower & Peppermint candy cane dipped spoon);
- Pumpkin Spice Flavor: 1/4 tsp;
- Mayan spice: 1/8 tsp Cayenne & 1/4 tsp cinnamon
